#5 – Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing isn’t as complicated as it sounds. If you already have a website of your own, say a blog that you write in, an online portfolio of your work, anything really, you can turn the extra space on your website into extra income! It’s simple, if you sign up for a website such as Moms Affiliate, Glitter Network or ShareASale, you simply fill out the required information about you and your website, and soon after, you can begin choosing what companies you would like to “affiliate” with. Once you choose one and you are approved by the company, you will be asked to place one of their advertising banners, graphics or text links on your website. When people click through that link on your website and make a purchase through your referral link, you make money! So many companies offer some kind of affiliate program, so if you are interested in affiliating with a business that isn’t listed on one of the websites above, it never hurts to ask!
