9. Soda
I used to be a huge soda drinker. I probably had about 50 ounces a day, if not more. I was buying it for the home as well as buying it when we ate out. Now I never buy it for the house and only occasionally buy it while eating out. I am saving at least $15 a week. Not only is it a waste of money, but it’s also bad for you. Instead of soda, drink water. At restaurants it’s free and will hardly cost you anything from home. Plus, your body will thank you!
