1. Gold Dipped Pots

Gold is a great way to add some extra pizazz to your home. It’s bright, shiny, and can make anything look more sophisticated and chic. Simply painting the bottom of your potted plants gold, or any metallic of your choice, will spruce up your pot and make it look beautiful. The shiny finish will also reflect any light it catches, therefore brightening up the area you put the pot in. Tape off the area you want to paint so you get a perfect line, dip the pot in a bowl of gold paint, or simply free hand the gold bottom to create this simple look.

2. Geometric Stamping

If you’re not the best at painting, try using stamps to paint designs. It’ll achieve the look you want in a much simpler way than free handing the designs. You can stamp any shape or design on your pot that you would like and in any color creating endless options for you. With the simplicity of using a stamp, there’s absolutely no excuse as to why you can’t create your own beautiful flower pot. It’ll look so perfect that you’ll have your friends and family asking where they can buy their own.

3. Sparkling Rim

Glitter is another great way to bring some life into your home. The sparkle from the glitter will catch everyone’s eyes and bring a smile to their face. If you don’t want the sparkle to be too feminine, do it in a more neutral color to keep it simple, yet chic. For more texture, use larger glitter flakes which will create more interest to the eye. The glitter flakes will reflect all the light in your house and brighten up your decor.
