1. Check Your Propane
There’s nothing worse than taking all your food out to your BBQ to grill it up a few minutes before your company comes only to find out that you have no propane left! An easy way to check the propane level on your tank if you don’t have a meter is to pour some warm water on it. If you take the water, pour it down the side of the tank, then run your finger down the side, you’ll be able to tell where the propane level is. Where the tank feels warm is where it is empty and where it feels cold is where the tank is full. No more surprise empty tanks for you.
2. Clean Your Grill With An Onion
Sure you can spend tons of time scrubbing your grill with a heavy duty brush, but there is a much more simple way to clean your grill. All you need is an onion! Slice the onion in half, then rub the inside of the onion all over the grill. The natural oils in the onion break down all the grime and clean off the grill. It will also add a little more flavor to the grill when your food is cooking on it.

3. Use Muffin Tins For Condiments
For all your extra condiments that don’t squirt out of a bottle, place them in a muffin tin. Lettuce, tomatos, avocados, onions, pickles, all those can be simply organized in a muffin tin and put in one place for easy access. For easy clean up, line the muffin tins with cupcake liners so you can easily take each condiment out and won’t have any excess food left over at the bottom of each muffin cup.
