10. Put An Ice Cube On Your Burger
If you want to ensure your burger patties are nice and juicy, try hiding a little ice cube in the patty right before throwing it on the grill. As the burger cooks, the ice will dissolve leaving the inside of your patty juicy and moist on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside.

11. Throw Herbs Over Hot Coals
If you want to have a very unique and delicious taste to the food you’re grilling up, you can throw some herbs over the hot coals. This will infuse your food with subtle flavor and really make it taste yummy. Rosemary is always a great option because of it’s thick, woody steams. It’ll last longer over the hot coals than other more delicate herbs and the great plus is that it’s a natural mosquito repellant so your guests won’t have to worry about those pesky bugs bothering them while at your BBQ. Not to mention the fact that it’ll make your backyard smell amazing.
