6. Clean Tarnished Jewelry
We all have those jewelry pieces laying around on our dressers that haven’t been worn in months or years because they’re so tarnished they look ugly. However, just like polishing your silver, you can get rid of the tarnish on your jewelry with toothpaste as well! Scrub the jewelry with some toothpaste and an old toothbrush and the tarnish should come right off. Depending on the severity of the tarnish, you may need to do this a few times. After you’ve rubbed and scrubbed it in, rinse it off and your jewelry should look as good as new.
