10. Make Something With Them
A great way to show your kids that you’re a good mom and that you care is by helping them make something. It could be anything from a simple holiday craft to a piece of decoration they want to put in their room. By taking the time out of your day to help your child make something shows a great amount of sacrifice and love. When they look at that object you two made together they’ll think of how much fun it was and how nice it was for you to help them.
11. Give Them Random Hugs And Kisses
Who doesn’t love a random hug and kiss from a loved one? It’s something that’s so simple to do, but probably not done often enough. Kissing and hugging your child obviously shows them that you love them and care for them so much. Everyone needs a little affection and when you give it to your kids they’ll know that you’re not afraid to show them and others how much you love them.
12. Laugh With Them
There really is no medicine like laughter. It makes everyone’s hearts and bodies feel better. It can take a sad child that doesn’t feel like a priority in your life to a happy, fun child that feels incredibly loved. There are so many ways you can laugh with your kids. Tickle them, chase them, tell them jokes, play little pranks on them, splash them with water, make silly faces at them, etc. The key is to have fun. If you’re having fun, you and your kids are guaranteed to laugh.
