10. You Are A Blessing In Our Lives
Sometimes when we get in a rut and go about our daily lives we can forget to tell our children how much they really mean to us. This may lead them to question if you really like them or even want them when you don’t have much time to pay attention to them. Tell your child how much of a blessing they are to you and how much they really mean to you. Don’t ever let them forget that they are a good presence in your life and make your life better by being who they are.
11. I’m Grateful For You
Just like telling your child that they are a blessing to you, tell them that you are grateful to have them. You don’t ever want your child to feel like you aren’t happy to be their parent or that you regret having a child. Tell them often how thankful you are to have them and WHY you’re thankful for them. It could even be the smallest thing like “I’m so grateful to have you because you make me laugh.”
12. You’re So Talented
It’s important for every person in this world to explore and develop their talents whether it be sports, music, acting, etc. We all know how it feels to try something new and to feel uneasy about it because of self doubt. Help your child get through that self doubting phase and encourage them by telling them how talented they are.
