4. Have A Movie Night At Home
Going to a movie is always fun with all the popcorn, candy, and soda, however the cost of spending money on all that is not so fun. Instead of taking the family to a movie, have your own movie night at home. Pop up a bunch of popcorn, stock up on yummy candy, have everyone change into their PJs, grab your blankets, and cuddle up together to watch your movie. I guarantee your toddler will have more fun being able to move and wiggle around in the comfort of their own home and you’ll enjoy it more instead of chasing them around a movie theater, as well.

5. Do Some Crafts
There are so many great crafts you can do with kids, many of which you can find on Pinterest. It could be as simple as finger painting or as intricate as making a bird feeder. Either way, it’ll be fun for you all to make something together, as well as be a great bonding experience for your family. Making and building things allows you to work together toward a common goal and make lasting memories.

6. Go For Ice Cream
One of my favorite dates is going out and getting dessert, mostly because I LOVE sweets, but don’t tell my husband that. Guess who else loves sweets? Your toddler! Head out together to grab some ice cream at your local ice cream shop and enjoy each other’s company as you eat your tasty treats.
