6. Have Accountability
Being trapped in the house all day with your kids means there’s no witness to help you keep your goal of no yelling. Share your desire to stop by including your spouse and close family and friends. If they know, they will keep you accountable by asking you how your days are going and maybe even offer to help by giving you a break. You can also keep yourself accountable by keeping a journal or some other means, such as a chart, to help stay on track. Don’t forget to reward yourself, this motherhood thing is hard!
