Swimming
Although being in a swimsuit in front of others while pregnant might not be your ideal preference, swimming is terrific for using every muscle and fiber in your body to get some exercise in. As an added bonus you will feel like you are floating on air in the water, which may be a thing of the past if you are seriously pregnant and haven’t felt light in quite some time. Many fitness facilities, like Life Time and the Y.M.C.A., have indoor swimming pools onsite so that you can take a dip even in those cooler months.
