Prenatal Pilates

This ultra toning form of exercise will help to keep you flexible and toned as your due date approaches. Many of the exercises are performed on a mat, while lying on your side or on your back, so this will not cause you pain while you get your fitness on. In Pilates there is a lot of focus on your pelvic floor and pelvic thrusting type exercises which will help you to be strong when the big day comes. During my first pregnancy, I used 10 Minute Solutions: Prenatal Pilates religiously throughout my entire pregnancy and loved it. With only ten minutes at a time, this DVD is great to mix it up when you want to target certain areas of your body for custom fitness.
