Prenatal Yoga
There are several different yoga practices, but prenatal yoga is designed especially for you–the pregnant woman. Prenatal yoga is great for connecting with your body and your baby will stretching and elongating your muscles to center your mind. By practicing yoga throughout your pregnancy, this will help you to maintain balance, which is especially difficult as your center of gravity starts to fall forward due to your budding baby bump. This is also a great exercise to get you focused on your breathing techniques, which will come in extra useful once you reached “go time”.
