Walking
This one might be super obvious due to its low impact on your joints, but walking regularly throughout the course of your pregnancy is a great way to stay active while burning a few extra calories. If you are becoming a mom again, invest in a jogging stroller so that you can tote your kid with you while you get your cardiovascular activity on. Once you transition into the very late stages of pregnancy, walking is an effective tool for helping your baby to descend into your pelvis naturally with a little help from gravity taking its natural course.
