I never really understood the term “busy mom” until I started working from home. Between running after a busy toddler, making dinner, cleaning, working etc., it is definitely hard finding time to shower let alone time to work out. However, there are a few ways to get that work out in that you’ve probably never thought about before. Here’s how:
1. Do Workout Videos At Home
If you can hardly find time to wash your hair, you definitely aren’t going to find time to make it to the gym. Instead of trying to schedule gym time, find a workout video that you really like and do it at home. It’s much easier to fit a workout in at the drop of a hat, than it is to take extra time to drive to and from the gym. The best part is that you can do these videos while your child is either napping or awake. My son actually loves watching me do my workout and will often times mimic what I’m doing.
