5. Exercise While Watching TV
Almost every single day my husband and I sit down after a long day and after our son has been put to bed to watch our favorite tv shows. It’s highly unproductive, but definitely very relaxing. A few years back I started using that time to get in a little extra work out as well. Usually I lay on the floor and do leg lifts, or sit ups, or anything I can do while still sitting or laying on the floor or sofa. You don’t have to do it during the entire show in fact, can take breaks, or only work out during commercials. Find out what works best for you and while you’re at it, invite your hubby to do it, too!
