3. Work Out While Brushing Your Teeth
If you think about everything you do during the day, there are many times where you could get in a quick work out while doing something else, like brushing your teeth. Instead of just standing in front of the mirror for the full 2 minutes while you brush your teeth, try doing wall sits for those 2 minutes, or lunges. Any move will work, as long as you can do it while keeping that toothpaste safely in your mouth.
