7. Microwave Work Out
Lots of times during the day we are “waiting” for something such as waiting for food to reheat in the microwave, or waiting for a pot of water to boil. If you find yourself waiting on something in the kitchen, do some pushups against your counter, some lunges, or squats. Whatever it is, you might as well take advantage of that time when you’re not doing anything else anyways.
