2. Keep the Time At a Minimum
If you’re already having a hard time fitting a work out into your busy life, then don’t make your workouts too long. Try to keep them around 30 minutes. No one is too busy that they can’t do a workout even for 30 minutes. Anything longer will not only seem impossible to fit in your schedule, but can also get discouraging as you think about all the other things you have to get done as well.
