#4 – Fashion Plates
The eighties were a time for experimenting with fashion. From bright and bold neon colors, to geometric patterned clothing and giant hair bows, it was a whole new era for the fashion industry. One of the most coveted toys of the eighties was Fashion Plates, where budding fashionistas could create endless combinations of outfits, simply by switching out the “plates” and then etching their creations onto a piece of paper.
