3. A Massage
Wouldn’t you love to be massaged every night before bed? If you would, then I almost guarantee your child will love it too. Massages can be one of the best ways to relax anyone’s body. Set your child on their changing table and give them a gentle massage with some lotion. For some extra calming vibes, try some lavender scented lotion to help relax them even more. Either way, be sure to be slow and gentle so as not to hurt your child or tickle them. It’s supposed to be relaxing, not play time.
