3. Rinse Often, Especially After Vomiting
Most women end up vomiting at least a few times during pregnancy, even if they don’t suffer from perpetual morning sickness. Make sure you rinse out your mouth immediately following, to wash the acids and food remnants off your teeth. It’s also a good idea to use a fluoride mouthwash and to chew sugarless gum after feeling nauseous. You don’t need to immediately brush, especially if brushing already puts your gag reflex in motion.
