4. Discipline

No matter your view on method of discipline, when your child is testing their boundaries, they need something that reinforces when they’ve gone too far. You may use time-out, time-in, spanking or losing privileges. Whatever you use, there’s no judgement here! Discipline and consequences are a part of life, and its necessary to teach them to your child from an early age. They will experience both of these things throughout their adolescence and adulthood. Make sure they learn a healthy way from you.
