7. Get Support
Nobody knows the plight of the mother of a two-year old like a fellow mama. Whether it’s to seek advice, a shoulder to cry on or to just commiserate with, find someone who can support you. You can connect with your mama friends, through a MOPS group at church or through your community center. Find someone who can lend a hand emotionally, because it’s not only hard on your toddler, but you too! It’s also wise to educate yourself by reading up on the topic of your child’s development and what discipline methods will best suit your family during this time.
