5. Treat Yourself

You’ve been through a lot the last year. Getting pregnant, surviving pregnancy, labor and delivery, meeting your amazing baby and are now heading back to work with a new arsenal of experiences under your belt. It’s a lot to manage. You may not be thrilled about returning to work, so treat yourself to a few new work outfits. No one can argue that you don’t deserve it. It will help you feel like your old self again, and will give you a chance to ditch the ratty clothing you’ve been hanging on to. Yes, you may not be your old size, but you’ll get there. Feeling good about the way you look when you head back to the office will go a long way.
