6. Plan Your Dinners
You may not even have thought an ounce about dinners since you’re just focused on getting your baby to childcare and picking them back up as possible (and oh yeah, working during the day). Until you get your groove back, try and plan a few weeks worth of dinners ahead of time. Having a family meal will help you retain some normalcy in your life when everything else is topsy turvy. You can find tons of freezer meal plans on Pinterest, or visit a cool meal preparation place like Dream Dinners and make a bunch of meals in advance. Whatever you decide, you won’t be disappointed when you can finally sit down, relax and spend time with the family you’ve been missing all day.
