
4. Get Organized
Have you ever walked into someone else’s house and felt immediately overwhelmed by their disorganization? You may be anxious because you have tons of clutter in your own life, and it doesn’t have to be physical, like a messy house. Perhaps your social calendar is too full, or there are family issues you haven’t dealt with. Emotional clutter can cause anxiety, as there’s less mental room to handle other activities. If you do have physical clutter, such as your work desk or common areas at home, get it organized so you feel relief, not dread, when you walk in.
