
2. Sleep
If you don’t sleep well, you are more prone to experiencing stress and beat anxiety. And if you are anxious, you have problems sleeping. It’s a vicious cycle! Stop the cycle by doing your darndest to get some good sleep. Your body and mind need time to decompress and reboot, and need about 8 hours to do so. You may say, “oh, I only need 5 hours” but do you feel rested, on your A-game, and feel stress-free? Do yourself a favor and allow for 8 hours minimum, and go to bed around the same time as the kids if you have to!
