2. Ask Yourself Why
Before you start your weight loss journey ask yourself, “Why do I want to lose weight?” Is it to look better in a swim suit when you go on vacation? Is it for your sister’s wedding in a few months? Is it for a high school reunion? No matter what the reason is, make sure to keep it in your mind as much as you can. If you need to post pictures of your vacation destination on your mirror so you are reminded every day, do it. It’ll help your mind stay focused on the end goal.
