5. Don’t Focus on the Scale
When you’re trying to lose weight, try not to focus too much on the scale. A lot of great changes will happen to your body when losing weight, other than dropping pounds. You might be losing inches instead pounds, in which case you will notice this change in your clothes. They will fit better or be looser. You may also start having more energy which will make you feel better as well. So, if you’re not seeing numbers drop on the scale, don’t get discouraged. Start paying more attention to your body measurements and how you’re feeling overall instead of the numbers on the scale.
