4. Don’t Let Yourself Get Bored
Recently I’ve noticed that when I’m bored is most often the time that I start to unnecessarily snack on junk food, not because I’m hungry, but just because it’s something to do. When you notice this tendency, get up and do something. Take a walk, go to the grocery store, take a shower, etc. Do anything that will keep your mind and body moving and preoccupied. It’ll keep your dieting on track.
