4. Cool Off In The Water
Cool off as much as you can in the water this summer. If you’re at home and playing outside with the kids, turn on the sprinklers and run through them with your kids or poor a bucket of water of yourself. If you have a pool, swim as much as possible in it. If you don’t have a pool, find someone that does or find a local community pool that you can use. When you’re hot and pregnant cooling off in some water will always feel nice.
5. Drink Water
One of the worst things you can do to your body whether pregnant or not, is to dehydrate your body. If you want to be comfortable this summer while pregnant make sure to drink lots of fluids, especially water. This will help keep your body cool and comfortable and will help with blood circulation and help avoid swelling in the feet and ankles.

6. Keep Your Hair Up
I know its tempting to do yourself up and make sure you look beautiful and glowing while pregnant, but do so by keeping your hair up. Instead of curling your hair and leaving it down, put it up in a cute updo. This will keep the hair and heat off your neck and keep your body cooler.
