
2. Just Do It
Whether you exercised regularly before getting pregnant or not, it’s crucial to be active while you’re growing a new baby. The key is to maintain a similar level of exercise as before you were pregnant. Now’s not the time to start cross-fit or run a marathon, although if if you already do those things, you may be able to carefully. You may think, great! I didn’t exercise before so I shouldn’t start now. But that’s not true. Your baby needs you to be active, to increase your blood flow and maintain a healthy weight gain for their sake. Whatever you choose, if its yoga, walking or something more intense, just do something!
