
7. Stay Consistent
If you have morning sickness, especially in your first trimester, it’s hard to imagine ever feeling well again, much less exercising. But most people experience a great 2nd and 3rd trimester so keep hope! Once you are well enough to exercise, try and be as consistent as possible. If you find yourself slacking because you feel uncomfortable at the gym with your growing belly, then try something else. Find anything that will keep you motivated and active. You have no excuses! A baby is depending on you!
