
4. Make Modifications
You may be able to maintain some pretty intricate weight lifting and yoga moves for a few months, but once your belly starts getting in the way you’ll have to modify your movements. Not only that, you will notice you are more prone to losing your balance because your center of gravity as shifted outward. Be sure to not overdo it, and ask a trainer on safe modifications for your favorite exercise routines. You will find that you can continue with most exercises with just small shifts in your movements.
