I wish I had known how heavy a 7 pound baby gets after a few minutes, especially when you’re carrying one in an infant carrier. If I had, I would have spent more time working on my shoulders, upper back and arms! While you’re pregnant work in some weight lifting exercises that will increase muscles in these areas so that you will be prepared for carting around a baby. Your little baby is going to grow quickly so be prepared for the extra weight that comes with it!
