6. Listen To Your Body
As a soon to be mother, you will soon realize that mothers intuition is a real thing. If you’re exercising and don’t feel right, then stop. If you doubt whether you should pick up a heavier weight, then pause. You can always pick it back up if you’re feeling better. If you need a day off, then take one! Only you know your body the best so listen to it. You have 9 months of pregnancy and can exercise tomorrow.
