2. Exercise
Chasing after your kids doesn’t always give you the right amount of exercise. If not, then get a new workout video, stream some from YouTube or get to the gym. There’s nothing wrong with taking care of yourself! Most gyms have kids care for a much cheaper fee than hiring a babysitter and it will give you a break, and your kids a chance to interact with other children. Getting exercise has been linked to decreased depression as it floods your body with feel good endorphins, so get sweating!
