No, you don’t have to turn into a maid (although you probably already feel like you are). But have you ever noticed how depressing it is to walk into a dirty, messy home? If you’re already feeling blue, then having a disorganized home is only going to make it worse. You will constantly feel like you can’t have people over and will feel further isolated. Set aside a measly 15 minutes every day to straighten up, and get the kids involved too. If you clean daily, your house won’t look like a tornado blew through and it won’t take that much effort to keep it tidy.
