3. Find Other Moms
Most communities and churches have plenty of mom groups you can reach out to. When I moved last year, I was tired of not knowing other moms, and going to the park just wasn’t giving me enough connections. So I joined MOPS, where I can connect with other moms of young children, all while eating great food and having my daughter taken care of in the nursery. Our group meets every other week, and often has play dates on off weeks. Its great to have something to look forward to to get me out of the house, and that’s what we all need!
