
4. Curb the Hunger
Sleep regressions can almost be synonymous with growth spurts. In addition to growing mentally, your kids are also physically sprouting before your very eyes. Sometimes your child will initially wake just because they’re hungry and then continue to spiral out of control when you don’t feed them, because you never needed to before! Give your child a healthy snack high in protein (but little sugar!) before bed time to help curb hunger. This may not end up being the cause of their frequent waking, but you are at least nipping a potential contributing factor.
