7. Have Healthy Snacks
Wasting calories on junk food, like chips or candy, will not only make you feel bloated, but will not give your body the nutrients it needs to stay full. Opt out for healthier snacks like carrot sticks, cheese sticks, yogurt, nuts, or a banana. The higher the protein and the fiber in the snack, the better. It’ll keep you fuller for longer between meals, which in turn won’t cause you to binge eat once you eat dinner because you’re so hungry.
