8. Workout Whenever You Can
Every bit of workout us busy moms can fit into our daily lives will really help burn a few extra calories. You could try doing sit ups while watching TV, or if you’re at the park with your kids, instead of watching them play from the bench, get up and do lunges across the playground, or stationary squats. Climb the stairs on the playground multiple times if there’s not too many kids playing on it. Whatever you can do to get your heart rate up and your muscles moving will make all the difference.
