9. Treat Yourself

If you’re craving some sort of sweets, then treat yourself, just not the whole bag.  If you really want some chocolate, don’t eat a whole bag of candies, just eat one or two.  It might be hard at first to get used to not eating that much sugar, but once your body gets used to it, that one little piece will really satisfy your cravings.
