2. Plié Squat
For this exercise you’ll need a baby carrier and prior to starting make sure your child is safely secured in the carrier. This move is probably ideal for a younger baby. Start by standing with your feet a little wider than hip width apart. Turn your toes out slightly and begin to drop down into a plié, then push back up into a standing position. Continue doing this as many times as you would like. It’s a great leg work out and with that extra weight from your baby you’ll really feel the burn.
