8. Tush Tightener
For a wonderful booty lifting exercise try the Tush Tightener with your little one. This exercise may only work for a younger baby who will actually sit still for you, but you’re welcome to try with your child. Lay on your tummy holding onto your child as they sit in front of you. Bend your legs at the knee and keep your feet up in the air. While keeping your thighs together, lift your knees and pull them up off of the floor. Then lower them down and repeat. While facing your child you can making funny faces at them, tell them stories, tickle them, etc. They’ll love seeing your smiling face as you do this workout.
