6. Bridge
If you want abs and buns of steel, this exercise will do the trick! It is great for any age child that you can safely balance on your hips. Lay on your back with your legs bent and feet on the floor. Set your baby on your hips and hold onto them as you push your booty up towards the sky. Make sure to push through your heels to ensure you’re properly and safely doing this move. Your child will love going up and down on your body and they’ll feel like they’re on a see-saw.
