7. Tickle Crunch
We all know that crunches are great for toning your abs, so try doing them with your child! This is another great exercise for children of all ages. Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor and place your child on your stomach near your hips. Let them sit there as you do some basic crunches, but each time you come up in your crunch, tickle your little one so they giggle and laugh. You could even make funny faces at them each time, or whatever your child likes. It’s sure to get you and your child laughing.
