3. Arm Curls
For a great arm workout, try doing arm curls with your child. What’s great about this exercise is that you can do it even with a toddler, depending on your arm strength. It’s also a really fun move that you’re little one will love and giggle at. Cradle your child in your arms with your hands and arms facing upward in a 90 degree angle. With your child safely secured in your arms, start to slowly curl your arms up toward your body, bringing your baby up against your chest. This is where you’ll have all the fun. As you bring them up closer to your face, make silly faces at them or funny noises. Then slowly lower your arms back down into the 90 degree angle you started in. Repeat as many times as you’d like.
