9. Baby Mountain Climbers
This is a great ab and leg workout while still getting some cardio in. It’s probably best for a younger child that will lay still on the floor. Start in the pushup position, with your arms straight, and feet extended behind you. Quickly bring in your right leg so your knee comes up to your chest, then quickly move it back as you bring in the left knee to your chest. Continue switching legs back and forth as you talk to your little baby and as they stare at their loving mom’s face.
